Description: My postdoctoral project examines value alignment and misalignment between artificial intelligence systems, public values, organisational goals, and employees’ values working in the government. The methodology involves document analysis, ethnography, and semi-structured interviews.
My research project is part of a consortium that encompasses five research institutions (Radboud University, Saxion UAS, VU Amsterdam, TU Delft, HZ UAS), six governmental organisations, and eleven business organisations or associations related to AI and digital technologies.
