Description: The Supreme Federal Court (STF) published Women in Constitutional Law: A Bibliography to increase the visibility of women’s contributions to constitutional scholarship in Brazil and to promote gender equality in academia and the legal profession. Building on a 2022 thematic bibliography, the publication expanded the collection by adding 100 authors, resulting in a broader and more diverse catalogue of women’s academic work. The bibliography documents the academic production of women working in constitutional law, reinforcing their presence in the collective memory of the field and addressing the historical underrepresentation of women in legal scholarship. In the foreword, STF President Justice Luís Roberto Barroso highlights that increasing the visibility of women’s academic production is an essential step toward overcoming persistent gender inequality in academia. I was included among the scholars featured in the publication, alongside leading constitutional law academics from the University of São Paulo and other Brazilian institutions, in recognition of my contributions to constitutional and legal scholarship.
